How it works
- Call or email us and describe what you need help with.
- We agree on a time and send you the instructions.
- You run a small program on your device that lets us connect remotely.
- We take care of the solution while you watch the screen.
The links go to the official AnyDesk sources. After you start it, you read us the nine-digit number AnyDesk shows. The right version is picked automatically for your device.

Is it safe?
The connection is protected and your device is accessible only to us. Once you remove the program, we lose access to your device.
